If you're a vendor who needs help with shipping, you can submit a request through our Assistance Form. Our dispatch team will pick up the product from your location and deliver it to the buyer. Please note, we do not handle product payments; our charges cover only the cost of shipping.

For Vendors:
If you're a vendor and need assistance with shipping, simply fill out the assistance form, and we'll arrange for our dispatch team to collect the product from you and ensure it reaches the buyer. This can be particularly useful when:

- You don't have a shipping method available.
- If you are overwhelmed with orders and shipping demands.
- You prefer outsourcing shipping to a trusted partner.
- You want to ensure safe and timely delivery to your customers.

For Buyers:
If you're a buyer and the shipping cost provided by the vendor seems expensive, or you prefer using a third-party shipping service, you can also request Assisted Shipping. We will pick up the product from the vendor and deliver it straight to your doorstep. This service is a great alternative when:

- The vendor's shipping option is too costly.
- You want additional security and reliability with the delivery process.

Safety Considerations:
In situations where safety is a concern—whether for the vendor or the buyer—either party can request Assisted Shipping to ensure the safe delivery of products. This is particularly useful for high-value items or deliveries to areas with specific security concerns.

Outsourced Shipping Partners:
We collaborate with trusted and reliable third-party shipping partners to ensure that your products are delivered safely and on time. By outsourcing to specialized logistics providers, we guarantee a smooth shipping experience and the ease of doing business.

Our Assisted Shipping Service offers a secure solution for buyers who wish to verify products before making payment. Our dispatch team will deliver the product, allow the buyer to inspect it, and only release the item once payment is made. If the buyer is unsatisfied, the product will be returned to the vendor intact. Regardless of the outcome, the dispatch team is compensated for their service. For vendors hesitant to offer Pay on Delivery, this service ensures the product remains secure while providing peace of mind to both parties.
